Forming a joint management team

DESCRIPTION:

The project management will be carried out by a joint team of employees of the applicant and the partners.

The team will consist of experts from the Smolyan municipality administration with the following functions and duties:

Head - coordination, monitoring, reporting and storage of documents and is responsible for information and communication measures;

Accountant - the preparation of the documents necessary for making payments and accounting reporting and assists the manager in financial monitoring;

Technical Associate - administratively supports the team and is responsible for information and communication activities.

Experts from the administration of Banite municipality:

Accountant - preparation of the documents necessary for making payments and accounting reporting and assists the manager in financial monitoring;

Technical Associate - administratively supports the team and is responsible for information and communication activities.

From the Norwegian partner:

Coordinator - will be responsible for the overall coordination, planning, implementation and reporting of the partner's activities.

 

WAY OF IMPLEMENTATION:

The activity will be carried out entirely through an internal capacity for the applicant and for the partners. With all the experts proposed in the project proposal, additional employment contracts will be concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code or additions to appointment orders and job descriptions will be drawn up and signed in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code. The team will implement management and monitoring and evaluation procedures outlined in the Quality Management and Risk Assessment Plan. Two main units will be created - the Project Coordination Board and the Project Executive Board - responsible for the planning and progress of the work of the respective partner's team and the planning and progress of the implementation of the partner's activities. For the exchange of experience and good practices, the implementation of a trip for the exchange of experience of the team representatives from Bulgaria to Norway is planned.

 

RESULT:

As a result of the implementation of the activity, a team of experts possessing the necessary qualities, experience and qualifications for the implementation and management of the project activities will be formed. The team will cover all the activities necessary for the implementation of the project and will ensure quality and timely planning, coordination, monitoring, implementation and reporting of all activities foreseen in the project. All experts from the team will perform their duties in compliance with the regulatory framework and guidelines for the implementation and reporting of the project. Two mandatory events will be held to promote the contribution of the FM of the EEA to the implementation of the project. A trip to exchange experience and good practices will be implemented.
