The municipal administrations of Smolyan and Banite are registered as personal data administrators and collect and process the personal data provided to them by the residents of the municipalities, according to the conditions stipulated by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data in force from 01.01.2002. The personal data are used to mark waste on the interactive map and to contact residents in case of problems related to separate waste collection containers.

Personal data will not be provided in any form to persons other than project partners or used for purposes other than those described above. The personal data of the users of the information platform is kept as long as the user created it exists, and it can be deleted from our database at any time if the user wishes.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act effective from 01.01.2002, the USER has the right to access his/her own PERSONAL DATA, which he/she has entered or has become known to the Municipal Administrations, project partners, when using the SERVICES, as and correction of this DATA,

All DATA voluntarily provided by the USER and other DATA that identifies him in the process of using the SERVICES are stored, processed, and used by the Municipal Administrations, and project partners, for the purpose of maintaining certain functionalities of the SERVICE.

The municipal administrations, and project partners, expressly inform the USER that there are no persons who can receive the USER'S PERSONAL DATA for advertising purposes, without the USER's consent.
The municipal administrations, and partners in the project, reserve the right to use the IP addresses of the USERS to reveal their identity in cases where this is necessary to fulfill the law, and legal procedures or to comply with these conditions.

Users' personal correspondence is strictly confidential and will not be disturbed, altered, or read without the express consent and/or direction of the USER.
