Preparation and awarding of public contracts

DESCRIPTION:

Public contracts for the project will be awarded in accordance with Art. 8, para. 1 of the ZOP by conducting joint award procedures. The project partners will enter into an agreement for the joint award of the relevant public procurement, in which all organizational, technical and financial issues related to the conduct of the procedure, the conclusion of contracts, the distribution of supplies or services are settled.

WAY OF IMPLEMENTATION:

All procedures for awarding public contracts under the project will be prepared and conducted by experts from the teams of the applicant and the partner and will be awarded in accordance with Art. 8, para. 1 of the ZOP by conducting joint award procedures.

 

RESULT:

As a result of the implementation of the activity, legal procedures will be prepared and conducted for the awarding of public contracts for the implementation of services and supplies under the project. A list of all public procurements that will be prepared and carried out as a result of the implementation of the activity is presented in the Outsourcing Plan section of the project proposal.
