Conducting a campaign to promote the scheme for separate collection and recycling of end-of-life tires

DESCRIPTION:

The activity envisages the organization and conduct of two campaigns, each for two days on the territory of the municipality of Smolyan, to promote the scheme for the separate collection and recycling of end-of-life tires. For this purpose, press releases will be developed and published, as well as an interactive map for the location of containers for separate tire collection on the project's website. Information flyers and a presentation on the benefits of separate collection and recycling of end-of-life tires will be developed and distributed to citizens. A script and photo material will be prepared for the event. For the purposes of the campaign, the tent purchased for the municipality of Smolyan will be used. Information about the campaign will be published on the website of the project and on the website of the municipality of Smolyan. The campaign will be held twice during the project implementation period. The first time immediately after the introduction of the scheme, the second - one year after the introduction of the scheme.

 

WAY OF IMPLEMENTATION:

The activity will be performed by external contractors of public procurement contracts under the project. Information and communication activities will be awarded in one public order with several separate items, according to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act for conducting procedures through joint awarding. The selected contractors will be responsible for designing and producing and delivering the informational materials for the campaign, preparing the execution script, preparing and distributing press releases, providing event host(s) and preparing photographic material. All activities carried out by the contractors will be reported with the submission of a report and supporting evidence of the work performed. For the purposes of conducting the campaigns, tents will be purchased (one for the municipality of Smolyan and one for the municipality of Banite), which will be placed in the center of each campaign as a "starting point" for reducing the amount of landfilled waste.

 

RESULT:

As a result of the implementation of the activity, two campaigns will be held to popularize the scheme for separate collection and recycling of end-of-life tires on the territory of the Smolyan municipality. An interactive map of the locations of containers for the separate collection of end-of-life tires will be developed and 500 will be developed and distributed. flyers with information on the benefits of separate collection and recycling of end-of-life tires. To promote the event, press releases will be published and photographic material will be prepared.
